My birthday was on the 15th and for it Joey let me go shopping :) We were down visiting my family(where my parents gave me Photoshop CS5 for a b-day present!!! I'm stoked!) so we headed to the big BIG city and went to Cabelas, AA Callisters & The Gateway Mall. I got a super cute pine tree pillow (for my future pine tree guest room haha) & sugar baked Cashews from Cabelas, a couple sweaters for this winter from PacSun & AE, a couple Wrangler baby onsies (haha... not comment) & cookie cutters in the shape of a cowboy hat and a boot at AA Callisters, and the most beautiful vase from Anthropologie.Monday, August 22, 2011

*2 Years Baby*
- Joey got a raise. I got a new job
- I've had a lot of heath issues that have developed and have found out about this year and we both have been getting used to them
- We had our 1st real financial struggle
- We lost 3 babies (Hagen, Lori & Bo). But gained 5 more (Coatsy, Dolly, Doc, Mr. President & Otis)
- Moved twice
- Joey's truck got paid off {hallelujah song plays}
- Decided we wanted to become Foster Parents (still in the process)
- Joey graduated!
- We've learned that communication is very important in a marriage and have learned how to do it a whole lot better
There were lots of other awesome things and not so awesome things that we have gone through this past year. All in all it has been a wonderful 2 years so far with my love and I have so happy and grateful to be his wife!

*My Handsome Hick Of A Valentine*
But, somehow I talked Joey into taking a half day and coming home after he fed. Since we had most of the day left he took me to the big city (Evanston hahaha) and not only did he take me to a movie and a delicious, fancy dinner, but he also bought me a present!!! What a great husband you think? Well, it gets better... That present just so happened to be a pair of beautiful braided leather reins I had been eyeing at the ranch store there in town. Ahhh, he knows me all too well. I love his guts and livers(as he likes to refer to his love for me sometimes... weirdo)
I hope y'all had a great day with your Valentines as well!
